Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy in line with the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
• Lead market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and key customer segments within the filters industry.
• Set revenue, profitability, and market share targets; establish metrics to measure and improve performance across regions and product lines.
• Lead and manage the P&L for the aftermarket Filter division, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue mix across product lines, distribution channels, and customer segments.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Track sales revenue, marketing expenses, and profitability, providing regular reports and forecasts to the executive team.
• Direct and manage the sales team, setting goals, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Ensure the development and execution of an effective sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and channel partners to enhance product reach and optimize sales networks.
• Oversee the development of a strong brand identity for the filter products, ensuring effective brand messaging across channels.
• Collaborate with product teams to create product positioning and value propositions that differentiate products from competitors.
• Lead and drive marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance market visibility and support sales objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and feedback to guide product development and refine the sales strategy.
• Work with R&D and product management teams to prioritize product innovation and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement and innovation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Establish and implement training programs to enhance the skill set of team members and improve overall sales efficiency.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other departments to streamline operations, from product development to customer support.

Skills and Knowledge:
